Legitimate Nordic/Viking and Celtic designs?

I have a friend who is Irish and Swedish, and wants to get a tattoo based on Viking/Norse mythology designs, and something Celtic (I feel like these designs are more available) if you can. If you know of any sites that have some legitimate designs, please let me know.

You could get some of the nordic runes. They are much like chinese characters, they each have their own meaning and purpose. Or you could get a story like Siegried vs Fafnir or something like that. It depends on the type of tattoo your friend is looking for.
