It means something to me that is very special to me. Do you think the area I want it in is good, or should I get it somewhere else.
I like the idea cause it sounds cute but at the same time it depends on WHERE below the pants line. Is it gonna be in the front along your belly area or on your back?? A friend’s sister got one below her pants line near her hip & it doesn’t look good now. I would suggest putting yours on the back. If it’s near the belly area then it’ll stretch & just look horrid later on once you have children. My sister has a tat on one of her boobs & then ended up getting pregnant about a year later. It doesn’t look good at all now that it’s been stretched…..since your boobs get bigger during pregnancy.

I think it would be totally cute if it was near your hip. (just a bit higher than where your pants sit). Id go for it.
Someone wrote that you have to think about it stretching when you have kids…. let me just say that, that is a myth. Skin stretches and the tattoo will stretch with it, but when you get your weight back down, the skin will go back to its natural form and so will your tattoo. Ask any artist. good luck hun!

honey, you prolly won’t be able to wear pants if it’s just below the pants line. Maybe just at the top of some low risers. I promise you won’t be able to wear pants over it for a long time. My ex sister-in-law got one on her shoulder blade and she had to wear beaters for almost a month. Depends on how you roll, darlin’!

if you get it in the front then when and if you have children it will stretch. it is a little sensitive for the first few days so i would wear loose clothing. I got my cross with a shamrock in the center of it in the middle of my lower back (starts right above my butt) and it was hard to wear tight jeans for about 2 or 3 days. The ones on my shoulder blades didn’t give me any trouble though. Good Luck!
